New Design Patent 1: BMG8100 Lead Type Small Volume Intelligent Gateway

BMG8100 series intelligent street lamp pole gateway, after wining the CCC product certification certificate ,has won the design patent certificate. This gateway is based on improving functionality, applicability and durability, and innovate appearance design from three aspects.

01 leading-out waterproof cable, convenient installation wiring

With the increasing number of devices connected to the smart pole, the on-site installation workload is also increasing. In order to facilitate the construction and deployment of the smart pole, Baimatech BMG8100 intelligent gateway first integrates the use of leading-out waterproof interface line on the gateway, so that the construction personnel can directly find the corresponding interface on the split leadout line, which increases the construction efficiency by 5 times, and the maintenance is more convenient.

02 The interface is separated from the body to reduce the gateway volume

Thanks to the design of the leading-out waterproof cable, the power interface, communication interface and debugging interface on the gateway are all pulled out of the gateway body, making the gateway more compact inside, greatly reducing the volume of the gateway, and reducing the space occupation by nearly half compared with similar products in the industry, so it is also suitable for the installation and use of most smart poles.

03 eave type diversion structure, avoid condensation water intrusion

To solve the waterproof problem of the gateway, BMG8100 adopts an innovative eave diversion structure to strengthen the protection of the communication interface. Water vapor and condensation can also be diverted to the extended part of the shell to prevent water droplets from penetrating into the gateway from the open interface. Secondly, at the connection between the leading-out wire and the gateway body, the waterproof glen head with CE certification is used, and the top cover is also an integrated closed water retaining design, further extending the service life of the smart street lamp pole.

New design patent 2: BMG8500 Waterproof Smart Pole Gateway

BMG8500 waterproof intelligent gateway is specially developed for outdoor smart street lamp pole applications, focusing on waterproof performance, to achieve IP65 level of protection.

1、BMG8500 waterproof gateway uses an integrated forming aluminum alloy shell, and the precision machined shell is combined tightly to realize the IP65 dust proof and waterproof of the gateway, and is durable, compressive and impact resistant.

2、The interior of the shell is specially designed with grooves around the structure, with high-quality rubber rings, to achieve tight dust-proof and waterproof at the joint of the shell, and further strengthen the overall waterproof protection of the gateway.

3、Each functional interface of this gateway adopts a separate independent design, which can avoid damage or flooding of a certain interface, resulting in the failure of the entire gateway. This design further improves the suitability and durability of the gateway in harsh environments such as wind,rain,sand and dust.

4、The gateway also uses a waterproof, anti-corrosion leading-out interface line. You can directly find the corresponding interface on the leading-out line when docking the pole load equipment,which greatly facilitates the wiring deployment of the smart street lamp pole.
